Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices Select Properties opens new location in South County

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties has opened a new office in the Lamplighter Square Shopping Center off Tesson Ferry. Originally settled off Lemay Ferry, their South County office was the first of nine offices to open for the company back in 2002.

Select Properties sought out this prime location to better serve the South County area. With over 55 agents and staff in this office, a larger space was needed for the company’s continued growth. Duan Lee, broker and manager, says everyone is looking forward to making connections with local businesses in the complex. “Here at Select Properties South County, our plan is to take a community approach to the growth of our office and business. The St Louis Regional Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting ceremony at the office on February 7^th, 2017 at 10 a.m. Select Properties’ agents and staff will be there and invite the public to come share in the ceremony with a small reception to follow.
